Happy Friday and happy Mother’s Day weekend! We’ve got a lot on the agenda over the next few days: I’ve got a fancy event tonight, then tomorrow we’re headed to my parents’ house for wedding cake tasting (we’re probably really early with this, but who cares?!) and to celebrate Mother’s Day. I’m hoping to make a stop at the Rifle Paper Co. sidewalk sale while I’m at it.
What are your plans for the weekend? Are you spending Sunday with your mom? (Can you believe it’s practically mid-May?!) I’d love to know–oh, and if you’re in the mood for some reading, here are 11 great links (there are some really good ones this week, if I do say so myself).
Love this piece on friendship in your 30s; I identify with a lot of it. (via Cup of Jo)

Sweetened condensed coconut milk for iced coffee! I made this last night and can’t wait to try it.
Related: I loved this Anna Wintour interview, especially what she has to say about mental health.

Love these peony plates (of course I do).
If you’re in need of a light, smart, funny, well-written beach read, I highly recommend The Royal We, by the gals behind Go Fug Yourself.
