Happy Friday, friends! What are you doing this weekend? This is one of the few precious weekends until the end of the year that we’re not going to be traveling or have visitors, and I’m really excited to stay in town. Tonight we’re having friends over for pizza and games, tomorrow I’m getting a long-overdue haircut, tomorrow night I have an event and then Sunday I’m planning on holing up in the kitchen and making a big pot of Marcella Hazan’s Bolognese, since it’s going to be cool and the thought of a delicious-smelling sauce simmering away on the stove for several hours just sounds delightful and cozy.
