You all know about my love for Pure Barre, but lately I’ve been looking to supplement my three-times-per-week habit (addiction?) with something a little different. Since the weather’s been so nice–we’re currently experiencing that delightful sweet spot where it’s warm but not yet face-meltingly hot–we’ve been trying to bike ride after work when we think about it, which is great, but I feel like I need something else. So I’ve been trying to work up the nerve to take a Bikram yoga class, even though I’m kind of terrified of it. (It’s worth noting, however, that I was afraid of Pure Barre at first, too, and look at what happened there.)
Have any of you taken Bikram classes before? If so, can you tell me about what your first class was like, and if you’ve kept up your practice? I’d love to know.
