anthropologie printed pants

It’s taken me 30 years to do it, but I think I’ve finally figured out my personal style–or at least, started to. If you ask me to describe it, well, that’s a bit of a different story: Bright-romantic-feminine-granny-boho-with-a-touch-of-prep, maybe? But I’m happy to say it seems to go for both home and clothing. And that I know what I love when I see it.

Only recently, however, have I started mixing prints and patterns. I used to be a jeans-and-a-cute-top girl–nothing crazy–but now I have no problem mixing leopard print and stripes, polka dots and florals, etc., etc. And even a year ago, you never would have caught me in patterned pants. But now I find myself gravitating to them, which is a little surprising but kind of awesome. It’s fun to swap out the old jeans for something different every now and then.

Do you like a crazy print like I apparently now do? Or are you a lover of neutrals? Please share!

P.S. The shorts and pants above are both from Anthropologie, and I’m not going to tell you whether they came home with me or not (ahemtheytotallydidahem).

I like the touch of granny. 🙂 Into mixing prints this spring! Cannot wait to see if Gap brings back some of the great printed pants they had last year!
